Need help with Google sign-in, Drive sync, widgets or the Ilfolio connection for ChatGPT? Tell us what happened and which device you use.
Please do not email passwords, Google authorisation codes or private folio content. You can describe the issue without sharing your notes.
Where are my folios stored?
Your folios are kept in your own Google Drive. Ilfolio also keeps a local copy on the device so you can read them and use widgets. The privacy policy explains what the optional ChatGPT connection processes.
How do I disconnect?
Open Ilfolio Settings and sign out to clear the app’s local data and unlink its server connection. You can also revoke Ilfolio’s Google access in your Google Account permissions. Your Drive files remain yours.
How do I request deletion?
Email support@microdash.sbs from the address used with Ilfolio and ask us to remove any app-held account data. We will explain what can be removed and what remains in your own Google Drive. See the privacy policy for details.
Which widgets are supported?
Ilfolio offers Android home screen widgets. Its dedicated cover view is for compatible Samsung Galaxy Z Flip models. Widget layout and text size can be customised in the app.
