LinearNotify requires port 28976 to be free. Linear's OAuth requires an exact redirect URI match, so the port cannot be changed. Quit any app holding that port and try signing in again.

Why doesn't LinearNotify's unread count match the Linear app?

LinearNotify fetches the 50 most recent notifications and deduplicates them by groupingKey, which is how Linear calculates its own inbox counter. Older notifications outside that window aren't counted.

Gmail's read-only OAuth scope requires CASA security certification ($500–$1,500 per year) to distribute publicly. Gmailo connects over IMAP (imap.gmail.com port 993) with a Google App Password — the same approach used by Apple Mail and Thunderbird. The App Password is stored only in Stream Deck's local settings and never leaves your machine.
