Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any Microdash plugin — including GCalen and LInbox — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our plugins.

License

Microdash plugins are provided for personal and commercial use with the Elgato Stream Deck. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell our plugins.

Third-Party Services

Some plugins connect to third-party APIs to provide their functionality:

• GCalen connects to Google Calendar via the Google Calendar API. Your use of Google services is governed by Google's Terms of Service.
• LInbox connects to Linear via the Linear API. Your use of Linear is governed by Linear's Terms of Service.

Microdash is not responsible for the availability or functionality of third-party services. Service interruptions by Google, Linear, or Elgato are outside our control.

User Data

Our plugins access third-party service data only with your explicit authorization via OAuth 2.0. You may revoke this access at any time. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our plugins are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all configurations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microdash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our plugins.

Updates

We may release updates to our plugins at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
